This two-day workshop is designed for those registered professional nurses who are considering taking the Nurse Executive Certification examination
Registered Nurses attending this workshop will be prepared to take the certification examination and present techniques that will enhance their ability to pass. This two day comprehensive workshop will provide an in depth review of Nurse Executive nursing knowledge needed to meet current standards.
The certification examination is computerized and offered throughout the year. A test site can be established for you with adequate notice. The website at nursecredentialing.org is available to complete the application process.
Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Discuss the concepts related to Human Resource Management for Nurse Executives
- Identify the principles of Quality and Safety for the Nurse Executive
- Describe the Business Management issues for the Nurse Executive.
- Review the Health Care Delivery methods for the Nurse Executive.
In order to receive CHs\CEUs, participants are required to attend both session and complete an evaluation.
